Our heritage concept is inspired by the slow-cooking traditions of Himachal Pradesh — where time is an ingredient, spices are a heritage, and every dish carries the story of the hands that made it. Nestled on the banks of the Beas River, Manali Haveli is a place where every guest feels the warmth of a mountain home.

Every ingredient arrives fresh daily from our trusted local farms and Himalayan suppliers within 60 km of Manali. Our chefs use century-old recipes — wood-fire, tandoor, and slow-pot techniques passed through generations of the Thakur family.
